What are gmass emails?

The gmass emails are a single email message delivered to a large number of recipients. While the email message can be personalized (through mail merge), each receiver receives an email that is most comparable to the emails of all other recipients. When done correctly, mass email is an efficient, time-saving method to reach a large group of people and may be a very successful approach to generating results. Mass email has several additional names, including bulk emails and email blasts.

While gmass emails may be used for email marketing, it also has numerous other uses (cold email, newsletters, PR, announcements, club or organization communication, teacher-student messages, mass employee emails, and lots more).

How many emails can one send with gmass emails?

You can send 10,000 email campaigns with Gmail using gmass, and we will automatically disperse the emails across numerous days based on your Gmail account’s sending restrictions.

Why should you choose gmass emails as your primary mass email platform?

The following are some of the reasons why you should use gmass emails platform as your primary mass email platform.

  1. You are already familiar with Gmail

Learning a new interface is one of the most difficult aspects of any bulk email or mass email marketing tool. If you utilise a Chrome extension to send email blasts from within Gmail, you won’t have to learn a new platform. Let us reduce the learning curve to nearly nothing.

  1. Gmail has saved your emails

When you use Gmail as your mass email platform, the emails you create are saved in your Drafts folder before being sent to your Sent folder. That means you can simply find them, do searches that include them, and categorise them with your regular email. (You may also leverage Gmail searches of your bulk emails to create new, targeted lists with tools like gmass emails list builder.)

  1. Organize your campaigns using Google Sheets

Your email campaigns will most likely be organised in a spreadsheet, most likely a Google Sheet. When you send bulk emails, Gmail can take in the addresses and mail merge data from the Google Sheet (provided you’re using a service like gmass to make that easy connection).

  1. Gmail aids in deliverability

While there are several actions you can take to assure excellent deliverability, simply using Gmail will provide a significant advantage. After all, no email service provider in the world will reject messages from gmass emails IP addresses – Gmail boasts the world’s greatest deliverability.

  1. You can go over Gmail’s sending restrictions

One of the biggest reasons Gmail isn’t the best bulk email platform out of the box is its sending limits: 500 emails per day for standard Gmail accounts and 2,000 emails per day for Google Workspace accounts. However, with a programme like gmass emails, you can circumvent Gmail’s restrictions and send nearly limitless emails.

Gmail allows how many recipients?

  1. Free Gmail account

When using a free Gmail account, you are limited to sending 500 emails in a 24-hour period and 100 addresses for each email.

  1. Google Workspace subscription

You may only send 2,000 emails in a 24-hour period if you have a premium Google Workspace account. A single email can have up to 100 recipients if you utilise Google’s SMTP service.

  1. Trial term for free

Anyone utilising a Google Workspace free trial account is limited to 500 emails unless they upgrade to the full premium version and finish a 60-day waiting period.

  1. Alias email

The use of an email alias has no effect on these restrictions. Your primary account address and any aliases count against a single daily limit of emails. So, if your account includes both and the alias email address, the daily limit for both is 500 (for a Gmail account) or 2,000 emails in a 24-hour period (for a paid Google Workspace account).

If you violate these restrictions

Your account may be suspended for up to 24 hours. You may still use your mailbox to receive emails and use your Google account for other services such as your calendar during this time, but you cannot send emails.
